Mr. Roy Eichhorn, founding member of the Ghost Army Legacy Project in D.C., will present the amazing history of the top-secret 23rd Headquarters Special Troops unit.

With famed artists in the unit, they waged war with inflatable tanks, fake radio traffic, and sound effects.
